- Fee information
Deposit is one month’s rent plus £100, which will be lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and will be returned at the end of the tenancy, less the cost of any repairs, cleaning costs, late rents, etc. Unlike many other letting agents, Blue i does not charge tenants a Holding Fee.
